ZERO Line is a complete line of products and solutions for the neutralization of bad odors.

The fields of application are practically unlimited, as the odor problem can arise in any industrial process.

Their peculiar characteristic of zero impact on the environment means that Linea ZERO products can be used freely both outside and inside in the presence of personnel.

In fact, the products of the ZERO Line are not toxic, do not contain GMOs and are not subject to specific restrictive rules for transport.

Z Zero n. [from lat. mediev. zèphyrum]. – Natural number that is not the successor of any other and represents a null quantity (written 0 in Arabic numerals, not existing in Roman numeration; in positional numeration, introduced by the Arabs, added to the right of whole numbers, it indicates tens, hundreds, thousands, etc.).

ZERO in the absolute sense is what the product line with this name is aiming for: zero pollutants, zero emissions, zero exhausts, zero breakdowns, zero odours, zero snags.

Linea ZERO was born from Tecnoimpianti's desire to be ever closer to its customers, expanding its services and continuing to provide innovative solutions with a view to total control of the environment.

From our plant engineering experience we have developed specific products that allow us to maintain the high quality standards of our plants. This philosophy can be applied to the many plant solutions we create: be it a scrubber, or a biofilter, or ammonia stripping, or a desulphurizer, or ultrafiltration, there is always the need to guarantee attention and prevention.

The use of Linea ZERO products gives the guarantee of being able to operate without risks, with treatment systems that are always efficient.

Tecnoimpianti technicians are able to evaluate any critical issues and therefore propose the right product, including the instrumentation for its administration, both on our systems and on existing systems where an engineering approach is necessary for upgrades or extraordinary maintenance.

Line ZERO for SCRUBBER

Wet treatment guarantees excellent performance, but sometimes it can be useful to add a specific product to the wash water as an adjuvant for odour reduction. The administration is very simple: in addition to an initial dosage in the tank, it is sufficient to dose it, using a dosing pump, into the make-up water.

Line ZERO for DEODORISATION

The osmogenic barrier is a technology that can respond to different needs, both on diffuse and ducted emissions, in open and confined environments. The right mix of adequate distribution system, timing linked to the production context, suitable dilution of the deodorising product and strategic diffusion, allows maximum abatement yield at the lowest cost.

D-01

Odour neutraliser through atomisation

ZERO D-01 is a liquid product to be diluted in water, specially formulated to abate odours originating from industrial processes and waste, indoors and/or outdoors.

BIO-01

Organic stimulant for biomass

ZERO BIO-01 is a liquid product consisting of natural organic compounds extracted from the Yucca Schidigera plant and soluble seaweed.

BIO-02

Bacterial additive for the reactivation of biofilters

ZERO BIO-02 is a formulation of bacterial strains and nutrients specifically designed to reactivate bio-filters. It has a broad spectrum of action, acclimatises quickly and is effective on any plant.

FE-01

Chemical desulphurisation product

ZERO FE-01 is a liquid ferric chloride product specially designed for the oxidation of hydrogen sulphide contained in biogas or air, resulting in a reduction of the Fe3+ a Fe2+.

SCR-01P and SCR-01L

Odour-abatement aids in scrubbers

ZERO SCR-01P and SCR-01L provide a solution for increasing the odour abatement effectiveness of scrubbers.
The former is a powder product needed for an initial activation and colonisation phase; the latter is a liquid product needed for the subsequent maintenance and nourishment phase.
